Gloria is the oldest composition of this album. Its origins trace back to 1996, when Dimitris was about 19 years old. Lyrics followed a couple of years later just before doing vocals for a demo recording at a local studio. He later realized that the lyrics of the song fits better to a stance that Ioannis G. Tsatsaris (writer who inspired this whole project) kept in his life.

"...I wanted 96/4 to start with this song because it stands as the intro song of a whole project and I wanted to make a clear statement towards the listener. I'm just here to express my self through music and have a chance to understand what is happening to me and why I'm feeling what I'm feeling".

MORE WORTHLESS TRIVIA:
While the lyrics of the chorus end "I want to know you am I worthy" and "you wanna know me but you can't", during live performances Dimitris usually sings "I wanna know me am I worthy" and "I wanna know me but I can't" correspondingly.
